Project Scope
ASEE Group was engaged as the Electrical fit-out contractor on the project and the scope of works included an extensive Electrical Installation for Shell & Core, CAT A fit-out, and Skeleton Electrical works:

Project Overview
The Boston Sidings development site is 3,702sqm and is part of the wider embankment and sidings area at the Grand Canal Quay in Dublin. It is a diverse and vibrant area where Financial, legal and digital media centres are part of a wider neighbourhood within a globally competitive city.
The project consists of the provision of a commercial multi-storey office building, with accommodation at ground floor (reception/foyer, office areas & staff facilities), servicing area to the rear, housing ESB substations and switch rooms, bin store, bicycle storage and basement access via two car lifts.
