– HR Administrator –

Providing admin support for our busy HR function. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our HQ in Mullaghbawn.

The Role:

  • You will play a key role in driving the HR strategy for ASEE.
  • Supporting the HR team with a variety of activities throughout the week.
  • Coordinating office/team activities and events.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • You must be able to work under your own initiative.
  • You must have the ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified OR equivalent experience in a HR role.
  • Admin experience is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and display complete discretion at all times.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Drive.
  • Problem solving abilities, to bring solutions ensuring that the HR function is operating efficiently, and documentation is in an organised manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage with all levels within the business, from entry level employees to directors.
