As Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of on-site electricians ensuring they are working within timescale and budget. You will conduct safety inspections making sure that Electricians on site are adhering to H&S standards. You will make sure that electricians are working to plan and installations are happening in accordance with agreed specifications and design.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Completing daily safety paperwork, filling out permits, giving toolbox talks etc.
• Setting up work faces, putting operatives to work.
• Arranging material, plant, access equipment needed for work force.
• Ensuing workforce is PPE compliant.
• Monitoring install against latest drawings and schedules.
• Creating snag log and clearing Snag sheets throughout project.
• Printing latest drawing cable schedules for distribution to install team
• Liaising with client and other trades.
• Reporting daily back to PM with progress and listing any holdups or issues on site
Qualifications/Experience:
SSSTS qualified electrical professional
17th Edition Electrical Regulations certified
JIB Gold Card holder
CSCS certified for construction and industrial sites
3+ years’ experience in electrical, industrial, or data centre projects
Experience supporting electrical Project Managers (PMs), managing daily workforce, and monitoring materials/plant
Proven ability to work to programme and meet tight project schedules
Desirable:

Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience collaborating with multi-national workforce teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
Hands-on experience in industrial or data centre electrical installations
