
We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrically biased Construction Manager to oversee and manage site operations across ASEE Ltd projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
Ensure all works are carried out in line with project programmes and schedules
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress and report on project performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Review and implement method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
Manage site logistics, resources, and planning
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and delays
Ensure works are delivered in line with design specifications and client requirements
Support project planning, sequencing, and coordination of trades
Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Promote a strong safety and quality culture on site
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role is essential (MEP experience is preferred)
Engineering Degree/Qualification
Proven experience as a Construction Manager within construction or M&E projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Knowledge of health & safety regulations (e.g. CDM Regulations)
Experience working on large-scale projects (e.g. data centres, industrial, commercial)
Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
SMSTS qualification (essential)
First Aid certification (desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
