
Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of complex projects across Europe, ASEE Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while meeting programme and commercial objectives.
You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing contracts and budgets, mitigating risks, and driving effective stakeholder collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with proven expertise in contract and project management across large-scale European projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple construction and engineering projects from inception to completion
Take full commercial and financial responsibility for each contract
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site operations
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
Manage and coordinate all labour resources and project execution activities
Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and KPIs
Implement best practice project controls and problem-solving frameworks to meet deadlines
Deliver clear and timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or M&E industry
A relevant Engineering Degree or technical qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and project teams simultaneously
Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project cost management
Desirable:
MEP or data centre experience is highly advantageous
A solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead under pressure
Familiarity with contractual frameworks and risk management processes
Confident with tools such as MS Project, Google Workspace, and document control systems
Eligable to work in Europe.
