ASEE Group, a market leader in the MEP industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in The Netherlands. Due to continued growth and increased project demands, the successful candidate will oversee construction projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage multiple high-value MEP projects from inception to completion
Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams across various sites in Europe
Oversee both financial and managerial aspects of each project
Ensure quality, compliance, safety, and timely delivery across all operations
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee labour resources, subcontractors, and ensure site coordination and logistics are in place
Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years' experience in a similar Construction Manager role (MEP experience highly desirable)
Degree or qualification in Engineering Degree/Qualification
Proven track record in managing multiple sites and complex engineering projects
Desirable:
Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
Eligibility to work in Europe
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
