British Gas, UK Head office Car Park & Street Lighting Refurbishment
ASEE were awarded a car park and street lighting refurbishment contract at British Gas Group HQ in Berkshire.
The contract included the installation of new road lighting, multi story car park lighting and a specialist lighting control system.
New Fuel Farm Installation at Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Data Centre
ASEE carried out works to install a new underground fuel farm and fuel transfer system comprising of 12 underground bulk storage tanks, interconnecting fuel pipe work and control system.
Works also included installation of plastic fuel pipes, fusion welding, fitting of man way chambers and leak detection systems.
Complete electrical installation package on 235 luxury apartments – Aldgate, Central London
We have been carrying out the full electrical installation on 235 apartments in Aldgate, Central London for the past 11 Months. This contract is well on programme with 1st fixing completed to level 21 and 2nd fixing complete and ready for occupation to level 15. This contract also includes the installation of all landlord and underground car parking services.
HV Switchgear Upgrade at Wynyard Data Centre
ASEE were awarded a contract to replace a HV breaker cubicle including breaker and control section complete with HV interconnecting cables.
Generator Installations at prestigious De Vere Gardens, Knightsbridge Development
ASEE carried out the offload and position of the generators at De Vere Gardens. We also supplied and installed acoustic enclosures, exhausts, fuel transfer pipe work, control / power as part of the overall contract.
Complete Generator Installation Package at Royal Mail – Mount Pleasant, Central London
ASEE were awarded a contract to take delivery & install 3 x 2,500 Kva generators along with associated control panels. ASEE also supplied and installed a complete fuel storage system.
Savvis Nova Data Centre Slough
We offloaded and placed into position 5 no. LV generators and bulk tanks on Savvis Nova Data Centre in Slough, Berkshire. ASEE also installed the fuel controls system, generator control cabling, fuel line containment.
British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Generator Ventilation Design & Upgrade – Central London
ASEE carried out maintenance works at BBC Broadcasting House, central London. As part of the scope of works ASEE redesigned the generator ventilation system and carried out a new installation to ensure the generator ventilation system was compliant.
HV Generator Complete Installations – Wiltshire – UK
ASEE have recently been awarded a contract to offload and position 2 x HV generator sets in Wiltshire – UK. As part of our scope of works, we will also install generator control cabling and fully welded secondary contained fuel transfer system.
New Glasgow Hospital – Phase 2 Electrical Installation Package
We have been working on the new Glasgow hospital project for the past 2 years and have successfully completed energy centre electrical installation works – which also houses 10 x 2,000 Kva generator sets.
Also included in this contract was complete installation of the ENMS control system.
We have been awarded further installation works to other plant rooms on the hospital installing containment, lighting, small power mechanical wiring and ENMS.
We expect these works to continue for a further 12 months.
Generator recondition and upgrade of existing acoustic enclosures City Tower – Central London
ASEE were successful in tendering for a contract to upgrade existing acoustic enclosures in central London. We carried out a full refurbishment of the enclosure followed by a load run on the existing generator sets.
London Data Centres – ASEE have undertake various maintenance upgrades on a number of sites in the outer London area.
Watford Data Centre – We have been awarded a maintenance contract for a further 12 months for planned maintenance and reactive on a data centre in Watford.
Generator Installations – ASEE have carried out the installation of control cabling to multiple generator sets in the north of England and Scotland.
External Fuel Farm Installation Upgrade – We carried out an upgrade of a fuel farm at Wakefield Data Centre.
