About Heather McCracken
Heather joined ASEE in 2021 and supports the business in all areas of Human Resources, including in the UK, EU and ROI.
Heather has a degree with honours in Business Studies and is fully qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Heather has over 7 years of HR experience and has Associate Membership of the CIPD.
Heather has a passion for people and in turn a great desire in helping and advising colleagues and managers.
Heather’s role involves handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements. From helping managers with employee relation issues to supporting with policies and processes, Heather’s role is varied making it interesting, busy, and engaging.
