Damien joined ASEE Group in 2000, where he began his journey as an electrician. Over the years, he has steadily advanced to become a process engineer, taking on responsibilities in the design and commissioning of various control systems. His career progression has included roles as lead commissioning engineer, site manager, and project manager, culminating in his current position.

In his role, Damien manages the design of all specialist generator M&E projects across the UK and Europe, guiding each project from the tender stage through to construction while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Additionally, Damien serves as the NCEIC-accredited Qualified Supervisor for ASEE Group, responsible for reviewing all UK electrical projects to ensure compliance with current electrical regulations. His expertise and commitment to quality make him a vital asset to the team.
