
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of electrical and mechanical construction projects. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, you’ll ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards in health, safety, and quality control.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to handover.
✔ Ensure all project deliverables meet client specifications, budget, and deadlines.
✔ Liaise with clients, quantity surveyors, engineers, and contractors to ensure project cohesion.
✔ Supervise on-site works and coordinate construction teams.
✔ Ensure strict health and safety compliance through regular site inspections.
✔ Oversee material selection, procurement, and equipment planning.
✔ Maintain quality control procedures and monitor project progress.
✔ Resolve issues proactively, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans.
✔ Manage project documentation, including site reports, drawings, and schedules.
✔ Assist in negotiating contracts, securing permits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications/Experience:
🔹 3+ years’ experience in Project Management within the M&E industry.
🔹 Proven ability to monitor and control budgets across multiple sites.
🔹 Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
🔹 Commercial awareness and understanding of contract negotiation.
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Meticulous attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
🔹 Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and compliance standards.
