Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 10 to 16 May 2021. There’s no quick-fix cure for mental health problems, and no single method will work for everyone. However, there are simple things you can do to change the common life problems that can contribute towards it. These include relaxation techniques, exercise and talking the issues through.
