International Women’s Day

Today is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is, “I am Generation Equality: Realising Women’s Rights”.
The first International Women’s Day happened in 1911, supported by over one million people. Today, International Women’s Day (IWD) belongs to all groups together everywhere and is not country, group or organisation specific. Gender equality, is essential for economies and businesses to prosper, and that an equal world is more healthy, wealthy and harmonious.
Here at ASEE we thrive to have an equal gender ratio of staff and in the engineering industry especially, we encourage more women to join our team!!
We also take this day to appreciate and celebrate our team of women at ASEE’s achievements and successes. ????
