Project Alto is a large scale residential development that is inspired by its historic location and in tune with the adjacent stadium’s iconic and leading-edge design.
Alto’s striking towers accommodate 362 apartments and will set a new benchmark for the ongoing regeneration of Wembley Park, creating a dynamic new quarter. With impressive views over the stadium and the capital beyond, the scheme’s elegant design sits within a sequence of landscaped courtyard gardens.
At all times, the project responds to the ways in which the buildings will be used, establishing a distinctive and contemporary design that sits harmoniously within its context.
Works are due to commence April 2016 with full handover August 2017.
