Specification, design and fabrication of fuel bunkering and day tanks, distribution pipework and Fill cabinets on and off site, all in compliance with The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001.
Tanks are provided with complete systems for contents measurement, status alarms, BMS signalling, pump contol, leak detection and frost protection where any or all of these facilities are specified.

Our firm provides a specialist service in the fabrication of twin wall fuel line for fuel and coolant systems - including leak monitoring and trace heating as well as the supply and fabrication of pipework support systems. Photograph above shows a typical mix of UPP for both over and underground use - seen here with high integrity leak detection unit and stainless steel drip tray. At ASEELtd we use Petrofuse ZP, a twin-walled pipe system where polyethylene is extruded over a high-grade aluminium tube. Lengths of Petrofuse ZP are welded using a combination of the patented Bozzle electrofusion fittings; together these ensure that impermeability and conductivity are maintained across the joint.
Steel pipe in pipe is still a supported option for oil delivery abpove ground but the use of all plastic UPP pipe in pipe for both underground and above ground use is becoming more common. In particular the Electro Fusion jointing technicques used with our new Pertrofuze twin wall UPP system avoids the hazards associated with Hot Works on steel pipework in occupied buildings.
